Holli Targan

Holli Targan is a partner at the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, PC, a 90-lawyer firm based in Michigan. Holli has been an attorney in the banking industry for over 20 years and concentrates her practice on merchant acquiring and payment systems businesses.

Holli is the Jaffe Raitt Women’s Caucus leader, and is a member of the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Michigan Bar Associations. She began her career as a staff attorney at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Washington, DC.

Holli has been a member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Board of Directors since 2002. Holli served as Chairman of the ETA Government Relations Committee from 2004-2006, and was on the ETA Nominating Committee in 2005. Holli is a member of the ETA Executive Committee and currently serves as Secretary of the ETA Board of Directors. She has been honored by the ETA as 2006 Member of the Year, and has written dozens of articles in industry journals.
