Diane (Vogt) Faro

Diane (Vogt) Faro is currently a consultant in the industry and is formerly President of Global Merchant Services for First Data USA. Diane spent nearly 30 years with First Data and has been in the payment services industry for 40 years.

Prior to assuming her role with First Data, she held key positions at First Chicago, First Financial Management Corporation (NaBANCO), and served as president and CEO of Chase Merchant Services (a joint venture between First Data and JP Morgan Chase).

Ms. Faro served on the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Board from 2000-2006 and served as ETA’s President from 2004-2005. Ms. Faro is also one of the founders of W.net, the national association of Woman Networking in Electronic Transactions, which was founded in 2005.
